Butter Chicken (Murgh Makhani)

Ingredients
- - 500g boneless chicken, cut into pieces
- - 1 cup plain yogurt
- - 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- - 2 teaspoons garam masala
- - 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- - 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- - 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- - 1 large onion, finely chopped
Instructions
- 1In a bowl, marinate chicken with yogurt, lemon juice, garam masala, turmeric, and red chili powder. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- 2In a large pan, heat oil over medium heat and sauté onions until golden brown. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for 2 more minutes.
