Corn Pie
This pie taught me that Shabbat lunch can be dairy, and at its center can be a corn pie. Now even the kids get it, and it is perfect.
Ingredients
- - 2 cans corn
- - 3 eggs
- - 1 cup sour cream
- - 1/2 cup oil
- - 1 cup self-rising flour
- - 1 cup shredded cheese
- - Salt and pepper
Instructions
- 1Drain corn
- 2Mix eggs sour cream and oil
