  • - 2 tbsp olive oil
  • - 1 onion, chopped
  • - 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • - 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • - 1 tsp ground cumin
  • - 1 tsp paprika
  • - 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • - 1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes

Instructions

  1. 1Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and red bell pepper, cooking until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. 2Stir in the minced garlic, cumin, paprika, and chili powder, cooking for an additional minute until fragrant.
